PE teacher sexually abused us, claim students

DUNGUN (The Star): Two students of a secondary school here have lodged police reports against their Physical Education teacher for alleged sexual abuse.

The students, aged 14 and 15, claimed that their teacher, 37, had been sexually abusing them since May during extra-curricular activities.

The two said they could no longer tolerate the abuse and decided to lodge the reports after consulting their parents.

The victims claimed that their teacher had masturbated and performed oral sex on the schoolboys many times in the past few months.

They claimed the acts took place in a storeroom and toilet of the school during PE sessions and extra-curricular activities after school.

State Deputy CID chief Supt K. Manoharan said police would investigate the reports adding that the suspect was expected to be detained soon.
